Here you will find the answers to the nine most frequently asked questions.

We prepare the contact lists after the kick-off meeting according to the jointly agreed criteria.

We use domestic B2B target group tools to create contact lists, and in addition to this, our production can also carry out separate prospecting, in which case we collect relevant contact information from e.g. decision-makers' LinkedIn profiles or company websites.

We write the message content of the campaigns for you according to the jointly agreed guidelines. We usually write three separate messages that will be sent to the same contact every 2-3 days. You will receive the messages for approval before starting the campaign.

If necessary, we refine the content of the messages during the campaign in order to improve the opening and lead rates. 

When the campaign is carried out via a separate email box opened for that purpose, the cooperation between us and the customer remains clear.

The e-mail opened for the campaign must be used exclusively by us, and the seller must not react to messages sent to that e-mail box. This is how we ensure the functionality of the processes and the best possible results.

We also don't want to be able to read the other e-mail traffic of the supported seller.

Positive responses come through the campaign, i.e. the leads are forwarded to the e-mail of the supported seller. Basically, we do not respond to these messages, and the responsibility for continuing the conversation is transferred to the seller. 

In some cases, however, we can ask the respondent more detailed questions in order to find out, for example, the right person.

Our customers' campaigns are started with the so-called warming up of the e-mail box created for us.

The purpose of warming up the e-mail box is to ensure the development of the reputation of the new e-mail address. During the warm-up phase, we keep the number of messages to be sent moderate and the pace of sending calm. In this way, we try to ensure that the messages end up being read by the recipients and are not interpreted as spam.

To send the message, we use a program called Quickmail , to which the email address created for the campaign is attached.

allows the timing of the messages to be sent to vary between 30 and 120 seconds, so that the messages of a certain day are not sent at the same time. The calm transmission speed itself protects the domain and ensures the deliverability of messages.

The e-mail box created for the campaign and any customer registers or other customer data that may have been handed over to us will not be used for anything other than e-mail campaigns carried out on behalf of the customer and their development.

In B2B marketing, it is permissible to approach persons in decision-making positions in companies on the basis of a legitimate interest without prior permission.

Legitimate interest in the law regarding electronic communication services states the above, and GDPR has not brought any changes to it. The law can be found in Article 202 of Finlex and Article 6 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

All contact information used in the campaign is available from public sources, and thus they can be approached on the basis of a legitimate interest, when it can be assumed that the contacted company and its decision maker are relevant to the product or service being marketed.

We report on the achieved results in writing once a month. The report shows the opening percentages of emails, the response percentages and the achieved lead percentages.

In addition, it is good to organize a separate quarterly meeting every four months, where we review the results achieved together and agree on the continuation of the service.
