Kick-off meeting
Email marketing is always started with a joint kick-off meeting.
In the meeting, we go through together what your company’s ideal target group is like and define what kind of companies we will contact.
Together, we also plan the angle from which we approach potential customers, the tone of the e-mail messages and the action we want to direct the leads to (CTAs).
We agreed on the practical actions of the campaign, such as the creation of a common e-mail box and the start time of the campaign; usually, email marketing is started within about 2-3 weeks after the kick-off meeting.
Building contact lists
After the initial meeting, we build the contact lists according to the criteria agreed upon together.
When building contact lists, we use domestic B2B target group tools, which enable us to map the potential target group as comprehensively as possible and to identify the right decision-makers from the crowd.
In addition, we can also carry out separate prospecting by collecting relevant contact information from, for example, decision-makers’ LinkedIn profiles and company websites.
We send the contact lists to you for approval before starting the actual email marketing. At this point, for example, current customers and other companies that do not want to be contacted can be removed from the list.
Drafting a message
We prepare the message contents of the email campaign for you according to the jointly agreed guidelines.
We usually write three separate e-mail messages for campaigns, which will be sent to potential leads approximately every 2-3 days.
We will deliver the contents of the message to you for approval within a few days of the initial meeting. At this point, the content of the message can still be edited.
If necessary, we do optimization and A/B testing of the messages even during the campaign to increase the opening and lead percentage of the messages.
Email marketing
We contact potential leads by sending campaign messages to selected decision makers.
We send e-mail messages in the name of your sellers using a separate e-mail box created for our cooperation.
We start the campaign by “warming up” the e-mail box. During the warm-up phase, the number of messages sent is moderate and the sending pace is calm. In this way, we ensure the development of the address’s reputation and that the messages are delivered in the future.

Forwarding leads
We will process all responses received through the campaign on your behalf, and we will only deliver warm leads to your sellers.
We will take care of the monitoring of the shared e-mail box in its entirety for you. We go through all the answers received, send follow-up messages and ask clarifying questions, for example, if we haven’t reached the right person, and we politely respond to those who express their unwillingness to continue the conversation.
We forward all positive responses received through the campaign directly to your seller’s actual email, in which case the responsibility for continuing the conversation is transferred to him.
Positive answers include, for example, those where the contacted person wants an offer; expresses interest in the proposed follow-up action; indicates a time for further discussion or asks questions that can be interpreted as an interest in the offered service or product.
Reportage
We report on the achieved results every month.
